At Sylvani, it is important to us that our customers are satisfied with their purchase.

Warranty

We provide a 30-day warranty on all our products. You have the right to return the product within 30 days of receipt if any defects are found. Please report any defects or issues within this period to our customer service at support@sylvani.com. Note that after the 30-day period, defect or problem reports will no longer be accepted.

Returns

Design Fees

For products with a personalized design, such as our custom canvases, the price includes a standard design fee of $15. Since these products are designed specifically for you, the design fee is non-refundable.

In case of a return or cancellation of an order with a personalized design, the full purchase price will be refunded, minus the $15 design fee. By placing an order, you agree to this condition.

Personal Nature

Due to the personalized nature of our canvases, returns are not accepted as they are custom-made to order. We ensure transparency in what the customer will receive. If you are dissatisfied with an aspect not covered by the warranty, we offer a 20% refund while you keep the product.
